Member of the Sophrology Trade Union Association: of the French Sophrology Federation and of the National Sophrology Observatory, I therefore respect their code of ethics. I naturally chose this profession of counseling after a career of seventeen years with the Police and then the Defense Department. For me it is a continuation of my commitment to helping others, only from a different perspective. My language skills enable me to also welcome English speaking people during my sessions.
